Dear, Yallabox subscribers.


No-data spikes cause delays


Due to the large number of NO DATA cases, we are experiencing delays not only in processing the cases, but also in responding to other customer inquiries.


Therefore, there will be a change in procedures for NO DATA packages. 


[Before the change]


1) When a NO-DATA package arrives at the Yallabox warehouse, it is uploaded to the Yallabox system as NO-DATA.

2) Clients submit an Update Tracking form 

3) Yallabox team updates the data in the Yallabox system after verifying the data match.

4) Customers can see their products in their storage by PC.


[After the change]


1) Upon receiving no-data shipment at Yallabox warehouse, shipment is sorted as no-data and put aside until matched update tracking form submitted.

2) The customer will be notified about the arrival of the no-data package with its tracking number.

3) Customer will submit update tracking form

4) Yallabox warehouse team will do the check-in of the item in accordance with it.
