Yallabox offers many options for international shipping.

Either by Air or by Ocean, Local carrier(UAE), K-pocket, EMS, UPS, Fedex and DHL are available!

To the United Arab Emirates, 

Estimated Shipping Rate is around 40 to 41 AED per 1 kg, thanks to our local parter carrier.


Worldwide,

we use K-pocket, EMS, UPS, Fedex and DHL as a membership price.

Yallabox DOES NOT receive such packages.

COD packages will automatically be returned by the carrier, following the carriers Terms & Conditions.

Yes we do in few cases, such as UAE. 


Normally, the carrier executes the import clearance within the delivery process, and will charge recipients later. 

In some cases or countries, it might be that the carrier will contact recipients upon delivery for any clarifications. 


Please be advised that we provide customs clearance service only for UAE shipments for now. We will promise to expand our available country lists eventually. stay tuned! 

Your item status has been changed from [ Pending Warehousing ] to [ Warehousing Completed ] because they have reached at Yallabox and our warehousing team has updated on our system:) You will find all relevant information in your account, such as photos, status, condition, description etc.


The next step will be totally up to you.
You could either keep your items in your warehouse till the eligible weights is reached or 

just request [ship-out] your items.

All the carriers offer insurance to help offset the cost if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. 

To insure your package, Yallabox highly recommend the value of contents has to be declared accurately.


FedEx will offer,

Free insurance up to $100.00 (Value of contents) and 

you will be charged $3.00 USD if your package value is between $100.01~$300.00 USD. 

On top of that, there will be $1.00 USD per every additional $100 declared value of your items over $300.00 USD.


DHL charges for insurance,

FREE for shipments valued up to $100.00 USD or 1.5% of the total value if greater than that. 

It will show up on your dashboard within 12 to 24 hours. 


Under certain circumstances, delay may occurs based on following occasions.

1. the huge incoming packages volume per a day.

2. on weekend or Holidays

3. delivered items without Update Tracking application. 


Once data updates, you will receive a email notification automatically. 

You will get a email notification right away.


Once we receive your incoming packages, Yallabox warehousing team will process your shipments ; open and check your packages whether they are missing or get damaged. 

Then they will check in your items on our system so that you could be aware of your arrival items.
 

Depending on which carriers you choose, the availability could be changed. 

Please contact our support team ASAP if your package has just shipped.

Your items will be sorted as "Item without update tracking" upon arrival. 


In this case, you will go to "My Page" and find "Item without update tracking" on the right side of your Dashboard. 

If your items just arrived at our warehouse from the shopping mall you ordered, We will be happy to assist the Return/Exchange process on your wish. 

Let us inform Processing Fee will be applied for your return process.

1. Go to "My Page"

2. Click "Warehouse ship-out" under Ship-out tab on Order Progress.
    You can find the order progress right under Dashboard.

3. You will see your domestic and international tracking number. 
    Check your delivery status by clicking on the number directly!


Please make sure to keep all the packages as same condition as you just received for investigation.

All claims for damages must be reported to Wekeepsend within 10 days and to the local carrier within their allowed period for filing a claim after receiving the package. Otherwise they will be automatically denied. 

Regarding claims of loss and missing on packages customers received from us, we only accept box opening video as a proof

If a package could not be delivered for any reason (wrong address, undelivered, customs clearance failed, etc.), the package would be sent back to the sender’s address or disposed at the carrier’s local facility according to the carrier’s policy. We will reach out to you if we are notified from the carrier, but please note that we will not be able to take responsibility for the packages that are disposed or returned if reasonable measures are not taken from you by deadline specified by local carrier or in a timely manner.


In the event of return, shipping fee will not be covered by us and customer will be charged below cost, and YALLABOX has no control over any cost related to return shipping.

The package can be returned to the shipper for several reasons.


1. The address or contact information was incorrect.

2. Customs clearance failed.

3. Duties and taxes were not paid in a timely manner by the recipient.



It is a customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and clear customs in a timely manner. YALLABOX does not take responsibility for the package returned due to the above reasons.


EMS does not charge for the return shipping fees, however other carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS charge return shipping fees as well as duties and taxes. Please note that your package can be released only after return and reshipping fee as well as duties and taxes charged on your shipment are completely paid.
