If a consignment of goods is found to be defective caused by the original seller, such as incorrectly transmitted or damaged goods, you can request the return of the goods to the original merchant within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods by Yallabox. This service is $7.00 USD of charge per package at Yallabox. If the original sender charges a fee, these costs will be passed on to you.


Should the goods not be damaged and meet your order, but you have no more interest in them, they can be returned to the original seller without indicating a reason up to 14 days after receipt by Yallabox. For this service we also charge a processing fee of $7.00 USD. However, if the original merchant charges a fee, these costs will be passed on to you as well.


To meet the deadline, it is necessary that you inform Yallabox in time so that we can resend your goods on time to the original seller.


Please mind, that some orders through "Paying Service"  may be treated differently: if the product received disocunt or special offer purchase, it may not be returnable.

Yallabox will give you a korea bank account with receiver's name. you will use this information to get a refund from Korean seller.


Once we could confirm the transaction, we will load the amount of money to your pre-paid deposit.

 

YALLABOX does NOT ship any of the following items for security reasons.

Money, coins, debit cards, and credit cards, SIM cards, securities, and valuable documents such as passports

Products that can spoil

Breakable products

Food products unless they have been packed well and shipped unconditioned

Plants

Dangerous goods (chemicals, paint, batteries, perfume, etc.). 


Under certain conditions, some dangerous goods may be shipped in limited quantities.

Upon receipt of your US dollar amount*, YALLABOX will automatically convert to the corresponding won at the current conversion rate. ( US dollar is the base currency of all the Yallabox transactions. )
