Shipping fee does NOT include duty & taxes. The recipient will be responsible for duty and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, and we do not have control over the customs charges in your country.

Please be aware that original shipping fee will not be covered, and another charges might be subjected for return shipping fee as well as duties and taxes for the packages that are returned due to customs clearance failure.

There is two way of adding your shipping address on Yallabox system.


1) While ship-out request,


You will see [Recipient Information] on the right side of ship-out request form.

You can fill out your destination information in there!


2) Shipping Address Book


Please go to "My Page" 

You can see "Shipping address" and there will be "Add" button right at the end.

then you will directly go to "Shipping address book" page.

You can either modify your shipping address or save new destination.


EMS usually accepts a weight limit of up to 30 kg, but in the countries listed below, the weight limit is up to 20 kg.


Macau (China), Argentina, Mexico, Algeria, Mongolia, Ukraine, Myanmar, Iran, Bahrain, Israel, Bangladesh, Egypt, Belarus, Djibouti, Botswana, Kazakhstan, Spain, Qatar, Armenia, Poland​


If you fall under the above countries and weigh more than 20kg, you can proceed with two boxes through EMS or one big box through FEDEX delivery.

Yes. Most of carriers stick to this regulations below in general. 

Please be aware that your packages can not be exceed either 20kg and 150cm (LxWxH). 

Dimensional weight is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. Dimensional weight is also known as DIM weight, volumed weight, or cubed weight.


For each shipment, you are charged based on the dimensional weight or actual weight of the package - whichever is greater.

Simply add as many delivery addresses as you want in your account.


The availability of shipping options and delivery time depend upon your package’s dimensions, weight, and destination country.


FedEx Priority: 2 – 4 business days

FedEx Economy: 3 – 8 business days

K-Packet: 2 – 3 weeks (3 – 4 weeks due to COVID-19)

EMS: 5 – 7 days (2 – 3 weeks due to COVID-19)

Local logistics( UAE and Vietnam ) : 3 ~ 7 business days (UAE) / 1 ~ 2 business days(Hanoi, Vietnam) / 2 ~ 3 business days ( others, Vietnam )

You will be able to add multiple addresses on the page. 

- Name of the address book : The names you put here will only depends on your preference. It will not be shown on your package label. You can manage your multiple shipping addresses going by this.

- Recipient : It has to be matched with "Remitter" when you use the bank transfer for service payment.

- Address : Please make sure to provide a CORRECT shipping address. YALLABOX will not be responsible for any shipping issue caused from incorrect address you provide.

Incoming packages are opened by standard processes :
First, they will be recorded, photographed and assigned to your private mailbox. 

Our staff will compare the received goods with the information on your application submitted. Then we will update the status of your packages on your dashboard. 

You will then receive an email notification that your items have been received!

* All transaction will be applied 10% processing fee due to foreign currency exchange.

** We reserve the right to change our fee structure in the future with or without notice. We may add several account type such as premium and diamond, paid services as our business grows based on customer demand.  

Your goods are stored free of charge in 30 days. 

Yallabox reserves the right to adjust the storage space accordingly. 

We reserve the right to discard items that got left at our warehouse for longer than 30 Days. Those items are considered as “forgotten” and will no longer be stored.

Logistics transshipment is a third party transshipment service for parcels which were originally unallocated or inconvenient to a particular country or address.


Most shopping sites in Korea do not support sending goods directly overseas. Previously, users had to entrust their relatives or friends in Korea. With Yallabox subscription, customers will be able to make their own orders and send the package to our warehouse. You can forward the items directly or store it for a while. When you want to shipout your items, We will then send it to your doorstep right away via international express.


Some shopping sites offer direct mail services overseas, but the number of products supporting direct mail overseas is relatively small and the price is higher. Such restrictions can be avoided using Yallabox warehouse service, allowing users to purchase a wide range of goods and enjoy the best prices, as is the case with Korean locals in Korea.

The streamlined Yallabox transfer flow process consists of the following steps:

 

  1. Obtain the Korean address with Private Mailbox Number by subscribing Yallabox service.      

  2. When placing an order on a Korean shopping site, fill in your Yallabox Korean address you assigned.

  3. The goods will arrive at Yallabox warehouse. Meanwhile, You will go to 

     "Update Tracking" tab to request Receiving Service.

  4. We will upload the status of your packages on the website to confirm its arrival. 

     Then you will submit the Ship out application at SHIP OUT TAB under SUBMIT 

     whenever you want.

** you can manage to schedule your shipment on your own by submitting [Ship-out] application.

*** Yallabox will give you a notice regarding of your warehouse space

  5. Ship-out will be arranged upon payment by the customer.

  7. You will receive your packages at your doorstep. All process is completed.


Most shopping sites in Korea do not support sending goods directly overseas.

Through this service, Customers will be able to make their own orders and send the package to your private mailbox as assigned. We will then send it to you upon your request. 


Subscribing warehouse service let you have two options to choose from. One is to send products you ordered in Korea directly to your homeland. The other is to wait until the shipping weight is sufficiently collected and then send it whenever you need.
